When will the product be delivered to me?

If you stay in Bangalore, we can deliver it to you in a day. For customers in the south of India, your package will be delivered in 1-2 days. For customers in the north of India, your package will be delivered in 2-3 days.

What are the shipping charges?

There are no extra shipping charges.

What is the return/exchange policy?

Damaged Product Return: If you receive a damaged product, you must

inform us within 5 working days. Please provide picture or video evidence of the package, opening, and unboxing. The product must be unused and meet our return criteria.

Usage Damage: If the product is damaged due to wear and tear upon usage, refund or return is not accepted. Please claim the warranty if applicable; the motor warranty is 1 year.

Refund Process: We will refund the entire amount within 15 working days

upon verifying the damage and meeting our return criteria. Ensure you keep

the bill ready and the product and original packaging intact.

How do I cancel my purchase?

Cancellation Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before the product is

Shipped or within 1 hour after placing an order , we can accept the cancellation. Please contact

query@bump2cradle.in  with your cancellation request. we will credit the

money back to you within 2 working days.

Cancellation After Shipping: Unfortunately, if the product has embarked on its journey, it will be impossible for us to initiate this request.
